As the Founder of The Content Advisory, Robert has worked with more than 500 companies, including 15 of the Fortune 100. He’s provided strategic marketing advice and counsel for global brands such as Capital One, NASA, Dell, McCormick Spices, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The Content Advisory, is the education and consulting group for The Content Marketing Institute. Robert’s third book – Killing Marketing, with co-author Joe Pulizzi has been called the "book that rewrites the rules of marketing." Robert’s first book, Managing Content Marketing, spent two weeks as a top ten marketing book on Amazon.com and is generally considered to be the "owners manual" of the Content Marketing process. Robert will kick off YouToo 2020 with "Content Marketing - Quality Measurement Matters." If we can measure it, we can manage it. We’ve heard this business maxim for years. But one of the most elusive things to measure is content marketing. Is this why it’s so hard to manage it? It might be. We need a framework for measuring content that illustrates clearly why content is such an important part of our business strategy. How Do I participate?
We'll be using the Zoom platform. Yes, Zoom. Don't worry, we have and will take all the appropriate steps to be ready to present a great virtual conference for you without disruption. Come and go as you please (there is a virtual lobby, so you'll have to wait there until we admit you each time you leave. Please make sure your Zoom registration name is the name with which you registered for the conference), but if you want to see the Wendy's team, be there live. We'll take questions via Zoom and, as always, through the #YouToo2020 hashtag on Twitter where we expect lively participation.
Download the free Zoom app to your computer or phone. Please make sure your Zoom registration name is the same as the name to which you registered for the conference. Download, register, give it a test, and be ready to join us April 24th! We recommend joining 15 minutes early just so you can test your setup.
